dearest miss wong fong ching, administrative assistant. she always knows where all the documents and folders and stationary and papers are. photocopy machine broke down? call her. she will handle it. haha... i am serious... she is that efficient! and the only woman in the department before i came crashing in. and everytime anyone has any problem, you can hear them start calling "miss wong, miss wong" and she will appear. kinda like fairy godmother. =)
Mr. Sew Chi Zhong, Section Head, Project Engineer. My overall guardian and mentor. always busy, visiting batam! FOR WORK! haha. a VERY nice guy who did my overall evaluation. occasionally likes to joke about. always caught me watching video using my laptop but never exposed me. sometimes threatening me cos my evaluation form was still somewhere in his drawer. likes to work overtime for no reason. i have no idea why. very hardworking! and oh yes! my senior from NP too! i got a feeling he might just find a minute to read my blog, so i am writing all the nice things about him. haha. Mr. Sew, see! I am so nice! Mr. Alex Ng Kuan Aik, senior draftman and Mr. Know-it-all. want any gossips in Drydocks world? ask him! he will find out for you. wide social network he has got. always teasing me. and we are talking kaki also since our table is just directly opposite from each other. watch him do tribon. his fingers moved so fast on the keyboard. i don't even know how he did it. and his "papa 听电话" ringtone rang throughout the office when his wife called. haha. and yes he just told me today he is handsome! -.-" thanks alex for that information.
Mr. Surasee, the korean star look alike. i seriously think he looked like a korean star i have seen in some korean shows. he said he preferred to be a bad guy in the show. guess why? cos he thinks that bad guy in the show normally looked better. -.-""" oh well. he came from a noble family in thailand. had a super long surname! and a graduate from Newcastle, UK. very very smart guy. seriously.

Mr. Ruzaini, project engineer.also NP senior. and he threw his 'sai gang' to me when he went on leave. haha! but very nice guy. also patiently answering my doubts even if my questions are rather stupid as usual. my fingers acquired a lot of new cuts cos of him! haha. helped him fold drawings and all and was stupidly cut by the papers. i must have folded at least 200 pieces of ship drawings.

Uncle Din! He preferred to be called Din. but oh well. Uncle Din sounds nicer! a father figure to me. the way he talks and acts. it's almost like my dad! and he said we can go clubbing together one day. he can dance, he said. :) and i think i can trust him, right?

today marks the last day of attachment. kinda sad though. i may have complaint alot about the work and all. but all the colleagues have been really nice and helpful. and for that i am grateful. i am going to miss them so much though i will be going back there in a few months' time. but as they had said, they might not be there anymore. oh well. shipyard was opened today. but only hull 182 was allowed to start work but no hot work yet. and the HR dept still gets me on my nerves with their forever retarded movements. all they made me do is wait, although this time i have to say i waited for a much much shorter time as compared to the 1st day where i had waited for more than 4 hours! argh! and the pay was pathetic. i was paid approx $1.67 per hour or less. how sad...

can't wait for next week. a week spent with shermin tan! we have already planned our itinery for next week. looking forward to it! glad that attachment had ended. now it's HOLIDAYS! totally excited about it! shopping tanning slacking watching movies surfing the net gossiping playing and over all just having FUN! whee! and of course, not forgetting my beauty sleep! i seriously need it. drydocks working time had seriously deprived me of my beauty sleep!

Twilight is an awesome book. yes. i know i am very outdated. but the book is great! something fantasy like harry potter! i am addicted to the book. jeph thinks that after reading that book i am going to announce myself as Edward Cullen's wife just like all her friends who had read that book. Edward Cullen is the main character in the book. handsome rich smart. only that he is a vampire. haha! well. i DID NOT. but almost! ok ok. i was joking. but great book! =)
